Sporty interpretation of the XDiavel
Ducati presented a new concept bike at the Motor Bike Expo 2016 in Verona, which is based on the new Ducati XDiavel: the Ducati draXter.
after the D.ucati XDiavel and Ducati XDiavel S met with great interest from the public at last year’s EICMA in Milan, the Italian manufacturer added a little more at the Motor Bike Expo 2016 and presented a sporty interpretation of the cruiser: the Ducati draXter.
The Ducati draXter is a concept bike that Ducati’s prototype department developed from the ideas and drafts of the Ducati Design Center. So one can hope that a comparable model will go into series production at some point – or that the draXter will at least find its way to fans as a limited edition.
Many components of the Ducati draXter come from the brand new Ducati XDiavel. In addition, numerous components from the Ducati 1299 Panigale were used, for example spring elements and brakes. The number 90 shown on the side is a reminiscence of the racing world and reminds of the 90th company anniversary that Ducati is celebrating this year.
