Dominique Perben, who would have been sharply slapped on the fingers by Matignon – and by the Elysee, given the security boulevard thus opened to the competitor of 2007? – following his initial statements, is trying today painfully to extinguish the fire, assuring whoever wants to hear it that "the speed control policy in terms of road safety is a priority, both for the head of the ‘State only for the whole government’. We were afraid !

Greatly reassured, the housewife under 50 was able to return to the beach in peace when she learned that not only MM. Perben and Sarkozy are "both very attached to the protection of victims and the improvement of the means of speed control", but also that "the current program of installation of 1000 radars contributes in a decisive way". France will therefore have 300 additional automatic radars by the end of the year in order to reach the 1,000 planned.
