In the wings…

Rallying is a discipline where the motorcyclist spirit is combined with that of competition, which very often gives examples of exemplary solidarity. The Herve Laur / Marie-Laure Ferrieu sidecar crew almost saw their leadership in the category disappear following a mysterious breakdown of their Choda Hayabusa sidecar that occurred during reconnaissance: total breakdown and no diagnosis … solidarity of side-carists is not a legend! The Bleusez / Nickles crew, then placed in the top ten, found it unfair that the team leading the championship could not race and decided to lend them their DJ Suzuki GSX-R team. !

On this unknown but very powerful machine, Laur and Ferrieu finished in second position in the category this weekend, which allows them to keep the head of the championship of the category with one point ahead of Marlin / Vignand and their Choda ZX -12R. "Thank you buddies" !

First title of the year ?

As for the 125 4-stroke category, we virtually crown the first 2011 French champion, Dominique Subias on the handlebars of his Yamaha 125 WRX: the guest of the Team Site finds himself at the head of a new category unfortunately not having not had the expected success. The lack of participants thus made allot the maximum of points to Dominique, which makes him untouchable with two tests of the end of the championship..

Next meeting for the Rallye du Dourdou in Villecomtal (12) for the sixth round of the 2011 French rally championship: stay tuned !
