Jean-François Le Glatin, 40, died on the night from Sunday to Monday at the hospital in Le Mans, following a collective fall in the pit straight on the Bugatti circuit, after the first round of the Open speed in the Blockbuster category.

Living in the Vaucluse, Jean-François notably finished 4th at the 4 Hours of Barcelona last year. He had also won the titles of vice-champion of France national Superproduction in 2002, winner of the Coupe de France Promosport 1000 cc and vice-champion of France Superbike and Stocksport in 2001.

The pilot regularly participated in the site, specializing in motorcycle racing.
