Special model for France
Suzuki France is launching a new special model of the GSX-R 1000. The edition named GSX-R 1000 Trophy should only be 25 copies.
Because Suzuki itself is the superbike GSX-R 1000 continues to mature, i.e. not further developed, Suzuki France is again relying on a special model to keep the 1,000 series attractive among customers.
The main thing is optics
The Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Trophy relies on racing bonds. The cladding is wrapped in a blue-white-red design with sponsor lettering from Ecstar and Yoshimura. There is also a lightly tinted windshield.

The special model is only offered in France.
Technically, little is being upgraded. The hand levers are replaced by noble forged parts with protective bars. There is a cover for the pillion seat. The most striking change is the Yoshimura R11Sq exhaust system, which, however, is not street legal. In addition, the trophy comes with a GSX-R tarpaulin and a rear wheel stand.
The special model GSX-R 1000 Trophy is available in the standard and the R version of the superbike. The price quoted is 17,999 euros for the base and 21,999 euros for the R variant.
