The Chevalier Nuques takes on the Tourist Trophy

The famous Grolandais Chevalier Serge Nuques, brilliant French rally champion and winner of the Moto Tour (read our), is about to leave his native Basque Country to go and compete for his first Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man on the 4th, 6th, 6th. June 8 and 10, 2005, where he will be officially decorated with the title of "Moto-Net chivalrous freelance".

Serge is entered in the Tourist Trophy in two categories (600 and 1000 cc), i.e. four races in total on the handlebars of his Yamaha R6 n ° 72 and R1 n ° 88. The Grolandais, who will be part of the twenty "newcomers" (beginners) of the 2005 edition, will notably cross swords with his French neighbors Marc Granie, Bruno Bonhuil, Emmanuel Cheron, Marc Dufour and Fabrice Miguet.

"This legendary race requires a lot of experience", admits Sergeï, "and it is really humbly that I am going to land on the small island this year".

"I’m not going to win, you’re crazy!" Exclaims the Knight: "I’m just going to see my level on this kind of race.
