The Bonneville is perhaps Triumph’s most iconic model. It is also the motorcycle the most declined in special series, editions of tributes, charismatic signatures, etc … Newchurch completes a long list. But what is Newchurch ? A distant representative of the House of Lords? A knight of the crusades? A worker who got his finger stuck in the Bonnie’s vertical twin ?
Do not search Wikipedia, the answer follows: Every year the small town of Neukirchen, located in the Austrian mountains, is the scene of the biggest Triumph gathering in the world. During the Tridays, the name of this town became Anglicism, becoming Newchurch.
Triumph thus affixes the spirit of this gathering on a special Bonneville series. It thus wins a special custom profiled saddle and two color combinations. The tank is hand painted, the wheels are surrounded by a red border and many parts are painted black: mudguard, headlight casing, handlebars, mirrors and shock absorber springs.
A delicate little wink for a large gathering.
