Triumph 865 Bonneville T 100 110th Anniversary Special 2012

Menus

110 years of history, renowned models, English tradition, and today Triumph is one of the most popular brands on the market. To celebrate this anniversary, the Hinckley brand has chosen the Bonneville T 100 version to carry this heritage..

With its black mudguards, the ultra vintage roadster is inspired by this limited edition of the first Triumph produced in 1902. The chosen colors, Brooklands Green and Aluminum Silver, rather austere, recall those of the past: The Brooklands Green commemorates the first Triumph’s victory on the circuit in Surrey in 1908, while the Aluminum Silver is inspired by the style of pre-war motorcycles.

Miss Bonnie 110th birthday is adorned with a particular logo. Triumph modified the logo on the tank by changing the original motif: the addition of three dots above the original design represents the three places where the brand has produced motorcycles in these 110 years, Coventry, Meriden and Hinckley.

As with the majority of special series, a few accessories are installed on board. Nothing transcendent. A chrome finish for the passenger handle, the chain protection and the cylinder head cover. Each Bonneville 110th Anniversary has a numbered plaque and will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity. For such a celebration, we would have preferred a more shimmering decor, specific exhausts, or something really differentiating it from the standard model..

1000 copies will be produced. 250 will go to the states, 25 to Canada, 80 are for us; the rest of the world will have to share the remaining 645. Available from May 2012 for a price just under 10,000 euros.
