Sonia Barbot, candidate for victory in the Moto Tour Series Tunisia
The triple French champion Sonia Barbot, female winner of the last Moto Tour, will start the Moto Tour Series Tunisia aboard a BMW F 700 GS Trophy prepared by the Moto Sud 34 dealership in Montpellier.
Sonia Barbot, three-time French road rally champion, takes on the handlebars of a Trophy prepared by the concession in Montpellier. Graphic designer in Lunel (34), Sonia will be one of the contenders for victory in all categories, because let’s not forget that she was ranked 10th in the scratch, 3rd in 750 cc and 1st in the female category on her KTM !

"Two weeks after the Moto Tour, I went to the international women’s qualifications for the GS Trophy in South Africa with 26 girls", says Sonia: "I qualified by placing 3rd for the GS Trophy Mongolia which will take place in June 2018 . It’s a rally-raid race and I like the off-road, combining adventure and motorcycling ".
"I am very happy to return to Tunisia, I really like the Tunisians who are adorable people", continues the triple champion of France who delivered a few in 2015 and would now like "to promote women in competition, because I know that he there is a Facebook group of Tunisian women who want to practice motorcycles ".
