At Victory, the top of the road range is called Vision Tour. A generously sized liner, with a futuristic Star Trek Enterprise-style silhouette, a 1731 cc big twin and road-ready pretensions halfway between the Electra Glide and the Goldwing. Can we do more? Of course: At Harley, we created CVOs, customized and luxurious versions of production models. Victory did the same, with a very media signature: Arlen Ness.
The preparer associates his brand with this edition of the Vision Tour. Already imposing, the vessel is impressive here in its ‘Havasu Red ‘paintwork spotted with black flames, much more shimmering than the 2011 edition, very dark. This 2013 series remains very close to the 2012 – There is only the dominant red instead of orange to differentiate them. Arlen is a recognized trainer, so he adds his plethora of accessories. ‘Ness Billet Wheels’ wheels, chrome footrests and grips, a lowered windshield, a patterned leather seat, an embellishment of the on-board console, it’s all to whet the appetite. Then comes the time to pay more attention to detail. Each engine fin is trimmed for extra shine and style, and Arlen even adds a hub cap for the oil hose. Each Vision Tour Ness carries a numbered engine plate. As standard, we find cruise control, ABS, a Premium audio system, and the little finishing touch, a key badged with the Arlen Ness logo. This special series will be sold at a homeopathic dose and at a high price. But what class !
