Yam, angry, took the profile and the name of his big customs and declined them in this category to thwart the Honda. The new Drag Star is bigger, better equipped, and better finished than the Virago. With its size of 600, it is a real eye-catcher. For aesthetics, very good points are marked. On the other hand, on the engine side, it is not the same enthusiasm. The twin taken from the Virago, but improved, lacks velocity to carry the 150 kgs of the machine. It is sufficient for daily use but marks time against the excellent Honda engine. The noise and vibrations it gives off don’t work in its favor either. Apart from this lack of fishing and \ “user-friendliness \”, the Drag Star is an easy, healthy and pleasant motorcycle to ride. Comfort is good, the typical driving position is a little less so. Time did not give reason to his ambitions – it must be said that the means were not sufficient to effectively counter the Shadow.
