Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha satellite n ° 20), 2nd in qualifying, 10th in race and 12th in the championship
"I struggled from the start. My start (from there, Editor’s note) was not bad, but I did a little wheelie which made me lose several places. As the race progressed , the front tire pressure was increasing and unfortunately I couldn’t get a good feeling. Our pace this weekend was good, but we didn’t manage to get a great result. The goal is to be the best beginner and I got there today. I don’t want to rush, I want to take it step by step. Now we’re going to Barcelona which is one of my favorite circuits. I can’t wait to ride there- low on a MotoGP ".
Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha satellite n ° 21), 4th in qualifying, retirement in the race and 11th in the championship
“I got off to a good start the very first few meters, but lost a lot of ground for some reason. Then I started to come back up and gradually I felt faster. However, on the sixth lap I made a mistake in the last corner and lost the front. It’s a shame because I was going fast and I think I could have fought for a place in the top 5. In any case this was a good weekend. We struggled on Friday, but we were quick on Saturday and today we were able to show our potential in the first five or six laps. I can’t wait to compete in the Catalan GP ".
