The innovations to the beta enduros for the 2022 model year affect both the engines, the chassis and the design – in the two-stroke as well as in the four-stroke.

the beta The RR series includes all sports enduros from Beta. For the facelift, the technicians from Rignano sull’Arno in Tuscany refined their enduro bikes without alienating them.
Update for chassis of all models
The rear mono shock absorber has a high-low-speed setting in order to be able to individually dampen the high and low compression speeds. This is to minimize the fact that the two parameters influence each other. The fine settings of the fork have been adjusted, which should benefit the handling and precision in extreme use. A new anodizing process is intended to improve the durability of the component and ensures a color variation on the front end of the beta.
Optical facelift on the Beta-RR
All models receive a new, completely red paint job and redesigned graphics.
Beta RR 2T 300 with the most changes
The 300cc two-stroke enduro gets a completely renewed engine with a newly designed cylinder with a larger bore, paired with a new piston and a new exhaust roller. Paired with a new control unit and new mapping, the response should now be smoother and the power output more linear. The crankshaft will come with a smaller stroke than its predecessor in model year 2022. The cylinder head and the reduced diameter silencer are also new. A new clutch with disc springs should make operation smoother, the clutch more efficient and the transmitted torque higher.
Beta RR 2T 250
The 250cc two-stroke RR also gets the new clutch with disc springs, which is supposed to make operation smoother. The spring preload can also – as with the 300 – be adjusted in 3 positions.
Beta RR 2T 125
The 125cc gets a new cylinder head and exhaust roller, which should provide a higher torque at medium speeds.
Innovations for four-stroke betas 2022
The most important novelty of all four-stroke models is the new electronic control unit. This component is said to have been improved on the one hand in the control of the mappings (dry / wet) and on the other hand in the use of the engine brake. The position of the control button, which has proven itself between the fuel tank and the steering tube, remains unchanged.
In addition, all four-stroke sports enduro bikes from Beta get a new, lightweight primary gearbox and also the new clutch with disc springs.
The series also includes 8 different models: 4 two-stroke and 4 four-stroke.
Beta RR two-stroke 2022
- Beta RR 2T 125: The smallest, lightest and most manoeuvrable from Beta. It is particularly suitable for young drivers from the junior category and for experts who are looking for something small for great fun.
- Beta RR 2T 200: The chassis and engine are from the 125 and ensure low weight and easy handling. But with the 200 there is a significantly higher torque and also more power. Including mixing system and electric starter.
- Beta RR 2T 250: smoother character and, compared to the most powerful model version, slightly lower torque and less power.
- Beta RR 2T 300: More torque in all speed ranges. For everyone who likes to go up a gear.
Beta RR four-stroke 2022
- Beta RR 4T 350: The beta four-stroke sports enduro with the easiest handling. Is often driven at higher speeds and should still offer a linear power output.
- Beta RR 4T 390: According to Beta “the ideal mix of handling and power with the best traction”.
- Beta RR 4T 430: More power, more torque, long gear ratio.
- Beta RR 4T 480: For fast routes. Similar to the 430, but with even more torque and power. Suitable for experienced pilots with the appropriate physical condition.
According to the manufacturer, the 2022 models will be available from June.
Conclusion
Don’t renew, but refine – that was on the to-do list of the beta technicians. They are providing the complete range of sport enduros for the model year 2022 with sensible model maintenance measures in order to continue to ride at the top in a sporty and ambitious way.
