The Dunlop Roadsmart III on the country road and in everyday life

135 points, 3rd place

Compared to its predecessor Roadsmart II, the No. 3 has significantly increased its responsiveness. The steering forces have now also decreased noticeably. The touring Dunlop can be steered neatly and neutrally through the thicket of curves, and the front tire scores with good feedback. Due to the quality, however, there was a minimal point deduction in the chapter on steering precision, which was disturbed by vibrations triggered by a rear tire with not perfect concentricity. However, when doing a cross-check with a second set of tires, these problems no longer occurred.

The Dunlop Roadsmart III in the wet test

86 points, 5th place

The Roadsmart III builds up its grip potential on wet roads with a little vigor, initially the feedback remains cautious compared to the strong competition. On the brakes, the longest stopping distance in the test wasted a lot of meters.
