With the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR LH44, MV Agusta is launching a new special model limited to 144 pieces. It is already the third bike that was created in cooperation with F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton.

After the MV Agusta Dragster RR LH44 and the MV Agusta F4 LH44, the now presented MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR LH44 is already the third bike to be offered by MV Agusta as a Lewis Hamilton special model. Incidentally, the reigning Formula 1 world champion is said to have been closely involved in the development of all three models. In general, the Brit is very enthusiastic about motorcycles. Only 144 copies available

As with the previous special models, the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR LH44 will also be available in a limited number. Only 144 copies of the exclusive naked bikes will be produced. Each copy is provided with its own serial number and a certificate of authenticity. The special feature of the special model is undoubtedly the paintwork. The name of the F1 world champion or its common abbreviation, LH44, can be seen on many components.

Otherwise, MV Agusta donated the new Hamilton special model a lot of the finest components. Many components were made of carbon. Also included is a reverse crankshaft, a quickshifter and a ceramic-coated exhaust system. Technically, the special model is otherwise largely based on the basic Brutale. Accordingly, the 798 cc three-cylinder engine develops 140 hp at 12,300 rpm. The maximum torque is 87 Nm at 10,100 rpm. Like the base model, it weighs 175 kilograms dry. 

It should be available from June 2018. MV Agusta has not yet revealed how much it will cost. For comparison: the 2018 basic version costs 15,670 euros (plus additional costs).
