BMW M Performance Parts
Premium accessories for the BMW S 1000 RR
BMW is launching an M Performance Parts portfolio for its superbike. The special parts are intended to make the 1000 series even sportier on the road and on the racetrack.
I.In the BMW automotive division, M Performance Parts have been a fixture for years. Now the Bavarians are expanding their range of M-parts to include the two-wheeler division. It starts with accessories for the superbike S 1000 RR, which are intended to further increase the driving dynamics on the road and especially on the racetrack.

The current range of M Performance Parts includes, among other things, an airbox cover made of carbon, a chain guard in connection with a rear wheel cover, also made of carbon, a carbon front wheel cover, a carbon sprocket cover, carbon tank panels, and various trim control parts, which also are made of carbon. In order to be able to adapt the sitting position to your own ergonomics, BMW offers three different seat variants.

M Performance Parts also has different variants for the footrests. The standard ratchet system can be upgraded with M-parts. An M footrest system, especially tailored for use on the racetrack, offers additional ergonomic adjustment options with adjustment options.

The M-levers for brakes and clutch are foldable and adjustable. The brake lever can also be combined with a remote adjuster for use on the racetrack. Lever protectors increase the protection of the noble levers. With new fork clamps, the standard steering stubs can be adjusted more individually.
The Bavarians are also stepping up with the wheels. Forged rims are the first escalation stage, the carbon rim set delivers top performance. Axle protectors try to protect the expensive investment. However, the M Performance parts are not really cheap. In some cases, they also have to be installed by the dealer because the on-board electronics have to be adapted. The prices for the M-parts are listed in the attached photo show.
