A BMW sports car has nothing to do with the CBR or GSX-R. If the thin Japanese blades do in karate, German is more suited to polo. Sport, of course, but with class and finesse. No problem for the chassis which follows wonderfully. On degraded pavement, all you have to do is adjust the fork (even when driving) via a dial in front of the tank to put the S back on a rail. Without being a dead donkey, it lacks maneuverability in slow sequences. Brembo braking is excellent, protection also up to 180 km / h. The only complaint one can make with the R 1100 S is the all too familiar presence of vibrations. When at its price …….. It’s a BM, not a Japanese.
