Some want to go further than their motorbike would like…. So others have upgraded some bikes to go as far as these adventurers want. This was the idea behind the R 1200 GS TT. I say ‘them’ because even if they will only be manufactured in 50 copies, these super-adventure extrapolations of the BMW R 1200 GS will be available in 3 versions: Voyageur – Baroudeur – Explorer.
TT for off-road? No, for Transcontinentale Touratech. This motorcycle was created to cross Africa from one end to the other with complete autonomy. From the R 1200 GS Adventure, the T3 agency (specialized in transcontinental motorized adventures) designed this long-haul adventurer. Its equipment comes from Touratech and BMW Motorrad, and for the tests, approximately 10,000 km were covered in order to validate the technical choices and the equipment. With this limited edition marketed by the Moto Passion dealership in Perigueux, the concept of travel reaches its peak: come to the dealership with a check, a passport, and you can leave for any point on the African continent. more info on moto-passion-bmw.fr
