There are people to whom this is Honda MSX Grom not yet individual and noticeable enough. If you raise your hand here, K-Speed from Thailand has a solution: A body kit with 22 parts that turns the Grom into a Super Grom, with thick cheeks and a scrambler look.

Plug and play

Honda has designed the Grom to be very easy to convert from the factory, all attachments are attached with a few screws. The designers at K-Speed use this advantage and design their body kit accordingly. This consists of a two-part new tank cover with wide nostrils, a wedge-shaped front spoiler, a completely new rear section along with a new bench seat and a multi-part lamp cover for the original LED headlight.

It consists of 22 parts, all of which are easy to swap. Including a multi-part lamp cover.

These strongly style-defining elements are complemented by very aggressively drawn side covers, a new exhaust system with mini muffler, pertly blinking out from behind the front spoiler and a new swing-mounted license plate holder. The conversion is completed with a wide suberbike handlebar on milled risers, lever protectors and a new LED rear light. Phew, a lot of stuff on a small 125cc with 12-inch wheels. Technically, the Honda remains otherwise untouched. The engine with the long stroke (52.4 x 57.9 mm) continues to deliver 9.7 hp from 124 cubic meters and presses 10.5 Nm onto the crankshaft.

If you are hot for a Super Grom: The price for the kit is 935 dollars in the K-Speed shop. The parts are available in red, blue and black. Please inquire about shipping to Germany.

Conclusion

A grom with a body kit. Not that the world has been waiting for it, but it is being enriched. And with the 22 parts for the equivalent of 935 dollars, the already strong mini bike Grom from Honda becomes a real highlight in urban traffic light hopping. A buddy at customs and one at TuV would certainly be helpful.
