The racing helmet has been in the manufacturer’s model portfolio for several years, which mainly relies on very exotic designs. The new Airframe Pro in the so-called fast food look is certainly no exception – on the contrary. When it comes to design, clothing and accessories manufacturer Icon relies on a kind of mixture of hamburger and snarling monster.

In the past Racing helmets comparison test The Icon Airframe Pro made a solid impression and got the grade good to satisfactory. The good fit, the helmet design and the successful operation were convincing at the time. On the other hand, there were negative points for the high weight compared to other racing helmets and the rather average shock absorption values. By the way, the carbon version of the Airframe Pro can also look forward to a new design.

Icon spring 2020 collection brings new designs

Icon regularly uses the first months of each new year to publish new spring collections – this year too. Most noticeable, however, is undoubtedly the Airframe Pro presented above in the fast-food look. Otherwise Icon is also donating some new designs to the Variant Pro Quicksilver, Variant Pro Ghost Carbon, Airform and Airflite helmets. Some station wagons such as the Icon Hypersport2 Prime or the Icon Raiden will also be available in new color variants from this year.
