New presentation of the Yamaha X-Max 400 (2017)

Great sports scooter

Yamaha has redesigned the Yamaha X-Max 400 sports scooter – with a little more power, a fresh look, smart key function and more space for luggage.

Yamaha has its sporty large scooter X-Max 400 missed a facelift. Like its big brother, the Yamaha Tmax, the new Yamaha X-Max 400 also gets a new cockpit, new LED double headlights and a newly designed seat. The internally bed storage compartment under the bench became larger. The standard traction control and the smart key system are technically new. With the smart key system, the new Yamaha X-Max 400 can be unlocked and started without the driver having to take the ignition key out of his pocket. Thanks to the radio remote control in the key, the new X-Max 400 can also be unlocked at the push of a button from a distance of several meters.

The Yamaha X-Max 400, which is now homologated according to Euro 4, still has 395 cubic centimeters. The performance of the liquid-cooled single cylinder increased by 1.5 to 24.5 kW (34 PS). The new Yamaha X-Max 400 will be available from November 2017 in the colors Phantom Blue, Sonic Gray and Blazing Gray. The new sports scooter costs 6.695 euros.
