Motul and MV Agusta: French Touch for great Italian art
Title sponsor of the World Superbike Championship until 2020 and three MotoGP events this season, Motul strengthens its presence in the motorcycle world by signing an agreement with the manufacturer MV Agusta.
Title sponsor of the world championship of and of this season, Motul strengthens its presence in the motorcycle world by signing an agreement with the manufacturer MV Agusta.
This new partnership is described as "global": for the French manufacturer of oils and lubricants as for the prestigious – but – Italian motorcycle brand, the objective is to progress both in competition and in the commercial sector..
Thus, Motul products will be used at all levels of the Varese plant, as well as at dealerships for the start-up of motorcycles and future overhauls. Likewise, "carefully selected partners playing in the Motul FIM World Superbike world championship will benefit from the expertise of the French giant".
“High quality and performance are the common denominators between our two companies and we share a real passion for competition,” says Marco Baraldi, Managing Director of Motul Italy. "We have no doubt that this partnership will bear fruit quickly, both on the track and through our distribution network".
For his part the CEO of MV Agusta, Giovanni Castiglioni (read our), considers this agreement as "a tribute to the ingredients brought into the process of building our motorcycles, a process in which each part is assembled by hand" … In short, a "French Touch" for great Italian art !
