MNC: How are your days going? ?

C. G. : I get up quite early. I go to my office after a short breakfast and a coffee. I spend time with Francis Boutet () who has started making films relating the history of GMT94. He spends his entire days there and I have to find photos and films. I take this opportunity to put them away and do what I don’t usually have time to do. I write or phone my friends, my partners, my family, the pilots, the mechanics, the volunteers … I can take a little guitar break, a walk around the house, the races every three days and late at night it’s more piano. I am preparing our future, our commitment to the race which will have to be resolutely committed to the world of tomorrow … So we still have to write and telephone since appointments are prohibited for the moment.

MNC: What do you miss the most ?

C. G. : Not to see my children and not to ride a motorbike. I miss traveling too of course.

MNC: Are you afraid ?

C. G. : I am not afraid for myself. I am very lucky to be isolated in a fairly large house with a lot of activities and a lot of plans. I am frightened by the number of people who succumb to this virus, by the tragic situations that women and children are going through, worried about all those who will lose their job or their business.

MNC: A book, a film, a series, a record to recommend ?

C. G. : Book: "La vie devant soi" by Emile Ajar (Romain Gary). Film: "La vie est belle" by Roberto Benigni. Series: I don’t watch any. Disc: "" by Iron Maiden (album "A matter of life and death").

MNC: Your Favorite Motorcycle Video ?

C. G. : "Easy rider" by Dennis Hooper.

MNC: The first thing you will do at the end of the lockdown ?

C. G. : I got my brand new the week before confinement. The tires are brand new. So I’ll go to Carole! It will be the same for the GMT94 pilots. This is where we will go as soon as the opening is possible.
