Korean manufacturer HJC unveils four new products for 2021, including two evolutions: this renewal less massive than last year – nine! – nonetheless aims to consolidate the status of world number one claimed by HJC, which claims to hold "more than 20% of the European motorcycle helmet market".

I30 and modular jet "endured" C80
Two new helmets are appearing: i30 and C80. The first succeeds the IS-33 and comes in the form of a jet helmet with a long anti-fog treated screen. Made of polycarbonate, this new i30 helmet receives the essential retractable sunscreen as standard and can be optionally equipped with the HJC Bluetooth Smart communication kit developed with Sena.
Its refined lines are a successful mix between the i70 full-face helmet and the modular i90, while a total of nine air intakes provide ventilation. HJC remains discreet about its weight but announces an availability from "January 2021" of sizes XS to XXL (149.90 to 169 euros depending on the colors and decorations).
Another "big" novelty: the modular C80 which marks the arrival of HJC in the segment of openable trail-inspired helmets. The chin guard of its polycarbonate shell is based on the "pointed" design of cross and enduro helmets, as does its removable visor. This C80 also comes standard with a sunscreen and is pre-equipped for the Smart HJC intercom..
Its removable internal foams are also hollowed out to allow the branches of bikers wearing glasses to pass more easily. Available from XS to XXL, the C80 will be marketed from 249.90 euros early next year.
F70 Carbon and V30 Carbon
HJC has forged a good reputation thanks to its mastery of carbon material that the Korean manufacturer is one of the first to have democratized at affordable prices on motorcycle helmets. Already in 2006, MNC had tested its first full carbon hull: the – which has aged as admirably as its tester. !

All kidding aside, HJC has enviable skills in working with carbon fibers which translate into low weight and great strength, like the very "racy" RPHA-11 worn by. Its resistance is unfortunately regularly validated by the frequent heavy falls of the Honda-LCR rider…
The Asian brand takes the opportunity to extend this "carbonization" to the F70 and V30 helmets, which will be available in December and November respectively in a "Carbon" version. The price of this launched full-face helmet oscillates between 399.90 and 409.90 euros (from XS to XXL), while the neo-retro jet – very sexy with this carbon dress – is priced at 299.90 euros in the same sizes.
This new vintage of HJC headphones is also marked by the launch of a major overhaul of the sound, which is pleasantly clearer, better organized and more user-friendly. Stay connected !
