New motorcycle: the MV Agusta Stradale in video

Coeur de Rivale, but no rival in this segment !

The engine and the chassis of the Stradale are the same as on the, with a few exceptions: the Tre Pistoni of 800 cc outputs for example 115 hp and 78.5 Nm of torque (instead of 125 hp and 84 Nm for his organ donor), the wheelbase was extended by 50 mm and the fuel tank increased from 12.9 to 16 liters. So many modifications in line with its more "traveler" philosophy … all proportions kept !

Like the, the Stradale embeds a whole range of very sophisticated electronic aids and (more and more) to the point, such as an adjustable and disconnectable ABS and anti-skating, several driving modes as well as a shifter allowing to up gears without disengaging or cutting the throttle, but also to lower them in the same way as in MotoGP ! 

This still uncommon device had been proudly released by MV Agusta on his, then put aside until his perfectible focus – pointed by the glove during our – is perfectly mastered. This is the case today and we can only rejoice !

Advertised for 181 kg dry, the Stradale arrives in concessions in red and silver, white and gray or bronze and white at the “ex-works” price of € 13,890. An already pretty price for a motorcycle with an ambiguous and limited positioning, as shown by the moderate success of the very similar yet sold almost 1000 euros cheaper (13,050 €)…
