Benelli will be exhibiting from tomorrow at the Eicma motorcycle show in Milan several new products … most of them introduced in 2014! No big revolution therefore for the Sino-Italian brand, whose main star is the latest version of its BN600R, a 4-cylinder roadster launched last year. .

Powered by an inline 4-cylinder of 82 hp and 52 Nm, this rather well-designed roadster receives – – quality peripherals: Marzocchi 50 mm fork, Sachs mono-shock absorber, Brembo brakes and Metzeler Sportec M5 tires. Benelli announces a price of 6 790 € for this bike available in red, black or yellow.

The brand is also putting the emphasis on the semi-faired version of its roadster, the BN600GT at the Milan show … last year! A little more powerful (84 hp) and coupler (56.7 Nm) than the R, this BN600GT carries 27 liters of gasoline and trades the exhaust under the roadster’s seat with a silencer in the low position. It will be available according to Benelli in the "second part of the year 2015", at an undisclosed price.

For good measure, Benelli is also showing off his little BN302 roadster, a model very closely based on the Kawasaki ER-6n whose parallel twin comes out of 38 hp and 27 Nm of torque. Again, nothing new under the sun for MNC readers, already "briefed" on this bike introduced last year (read our).

In fact, the only real novelty to discover at Benelli lies in a change of name, judiciously observed by one of our readers (thank you Motorman34!): The 2 is now called the BN251 !

Strictly identical to the model, this very stylish roadster is powered by a 250 cc single cylinder developing 24.5 hp and 21 Nm. Direct competitor of the KTM Duke, this new model receives an elegant tubular frame (probably in steel), a fork 41mm inverted, 280mm front disc clamped by a 4-piston caliper and 17-inch rims.

It will be available in the first half of 2015 in red, white or blue. Its price is not communicated but it is announced as "very competitive". In short, Benelli seems to rely heavily on the roadster category with all these different models that cover a relatively wide range, from small mono to 4-legged medium displacement !

It remains to make them discover within a French network under construction, which does not promise to be the simplest….
