News 2013: Suzuki strengthens the braking of the Hayabusa

Unchanged since 2008, the spectacular Suzuki Hayabusa benefits from a small update in 2013. The elder of the GSX-R family in turn adopts Brembo monobloc brake calipers – as on the Gex 600, 750 and 1000 – and now comes standard with ABS.

Although minimal, this improvement should help to overcome the main flaw of the "Falcon" (Hayabusa in French): its braking a little tight, especially for a motorcycle capable of titillating 300 km / h chrono in free version (read our) !

According to information gathered by Site at the Intermot Motorcycle Show in Cologne, the 2013 GSX-R1300 Hayabusa will land in November or December in. The price increase caused by this revised braking has not yet been precisely quantified, but according to the members of Suzuki France interviewed by MNC in Cologne, its price should be around € 15,000.
