The final of the French Rally Championship is canceled
Like last year at the same time (read MNC of August 26, 2011), the French rally championship has once again been cut off from its final, the Garrigues rally which was to be held on September 15 and 16..

As for the Morvan rally in 2011, the reasons for this cancellation are to be found on the side of the insufficient number of entries (only 88 riders last night according to the DRAC motorcycle club, organizer). The Garrigues rally could become the first round of the 2013 championship in March, but we have to wait for the confirmation from the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM) at the end of the year..
In the meantime, the championship rankings would therefore be frozen the day after the Dourdou rally, with Julien Toniutti titled French scratch champion (subject to approval by the FFM). But there is no doubt that the pilot KTM Official Site would have preferred to savor his victory on September 16…
