W800: the return of the "Vintage Attitude"

Benefiting from the progress made on modern cycle parts, this vintage 2011 W800 adopts a double cradle chassis, a telescopic fork and two side shocks which should "promote handling and stability", predicts Kawasaki. On the braking side, the beautiful Japanese has a single disc at the front clamped by a Tokico two-piston caliper with axial fixing.

VN1700 Voyager Custom ABS: Kawasaki’s American Dream

Launched in 2009 with the objective of walking on the Harley-Davidson flowerbeds, the VN1700 range (read our) is enriched with a new “Bagger” type model in 2011: the VN1700 Voyager Custom.

With lines intentionally similar to those of the Street Glide, Electra Glide and other American Street Glide CVOs, the Japanese however has a touch of modernity..

In addition to K-ACT (Kawasaki Advanced Coactive-braking Technology) assisted ABS, an ultra-complete on-board console and Cruise Control, the VN1700 Voyager Custom also carries an audio system compatible with an iPod.

On the engine side, the big 1700 cc liquid-cooled V-twin – purists will have a hard time! – probably not having undergone any major technical modifications, it should display power and torque values ​​of around 75 hp and 140 Nm.
