After the Gilera Nexus 125 and 300 – which largely inspired the recent Aprilia SR Max 125 and 300 -, it is therefore the turn of to come in the colors of the Noale crest.

Hypersport enthusiasts will immediately recognize the superb pencil stroke discovered on the, especially at the level of the front part with three optics and the indicators integrated in the mirrors.

Compared to the, the sides are also sharper noticeably, just like the rear which has retained the dual exhaust on the left but which exhibits on the SRV 850 a billhook-cut LED light (two round elements on the Gilera) and side vents placed above the double cradle frame.

Technically, the Aprilia SRV 850 does not seem to know any major mechanical modification, since the characteristics of the V-Twin are similar between the two "cousins" (76 hp and 76.4 Nm of torque).

On the other hand, the Aprilia assumes its "Maxi" side a little more boldly via its name "850", while the Piaggio block (also used on the) cube 839.3 cc !

If it will be necessary to wait for the Milan Motor Show (November 8) to know all its technical characteristics, the Aprilia SRV 850 may already be exposed to the same criticisms as the: a limited storage volume and a transmission final per chain, but also a rather substantial weight and price (235 kg dry and 8,999 € currently for the Gilera).
