Paris Hilton is building a 125 Grands Prix team !

The rich heiress of the hotels of the same name – whose exact usefulness within the formidable human species had until now escaped the editorship of Site – has in fact decided to set up a team in Grands Prix 125, in association with the Catalan team By Queroseno Racing (BQR) and with Rossano Brazzi as chief engineer.

The structure, called "SuperMartxe VIP by Paris Hilton" (from the name of one of its nightclubs in Ibiza), will engage as drivers the experienced Sergio Gadea and the very young Maverick Viñales (15 years old), winner of the Spanish championship in 125.

Asked by our colleagues from the New York Times about the origins of this strange association, to say the least, BQR spokesperson Joan Xufre explains that Paris Hilton was approached by Riccard Garriga, team partner, and Nano Barea, founder of SuperMartxe. "This prospect excited her so much that she decided not only to involve her image, but also to take part in the team", specifies Joan Xufre.

Paris Hilton, who will officially present her team next Saturday in Madrid, would have contractually committed to be present in at least five races of the 2011 season.
