Handisport motorcycle rider Stephane Paulus is about to make a childhood dream come true: climb the Montee du Beausset from the Castellet circuit on the handlebars of a handbike (recumbent bike)…
"On August 22 or 23, I will try to carry out a project that I have had since childhood: to climb the Beausset in a handbike", explains this pilot and motorcycle enthusiast, who became paraplegic in 2003 following an accident in road.
President of the Handi Free Riders (HFR) association – to whom we owe in particular the -, Stephane Paulus had planned to achieve this challenge with François Etterle, the former boss of Suzuki France who almost to the day.

"If guys are in the area and want to come with me, it will be a pleasure", concludes Stephane Paulus: "on such a course I will not have a big average, I do not have the power in my arms. we can have in the legs. I will save endurance on such a drop. My goal is to climb it, even at 5km / h I want to do it and if you have any advice, I am interested ".
