The British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph adapts the well-known Beeline navigation system and gives it a special Triumph look.

The British motorcycle manufacturer has not changed anything in terms of the basic Beeline navigation functionality. The corresponding app on the smartphone takes over the actual navigation. The small round instrument, which is attached to the handlebars with rubber bands and an adapter, actually shows the way. Turn-to-turn navigation with corresponding displays and arrows or a pure compass function that roughly shows the direction to the destination can be displayed there. Triumph packs the small display in a waterproof (IP67) aluminum housing and laser-engraves it with Triumph branding. The integrated battery guarantees an operating time of 30 hours. It is recharged via USB cable. Triumph guarantees a lifelong update option for the app and the software. There is a two-year guarantee on the device itself. The map material covers Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

The Triumph Beeline system will go on sale at the end of May 2021. The British call the price 239 euros. The new basic navigation is not like other Triumph systems “My triumph” compatible.
