The cafe-racer spirit at Triumph can be enjoyed with the Thruxton, in the most nostalgic and delicious taste of the Classic that the brand also cultivates with its Bonneville and Scrambler. IN 2010, the special series multiplied at the British manufacturer (Tiger, Speed Triple, Bonneville, Daytona in 2009….) To be completed by this Thruxton SE. This old-fashioned sports car is here covered in pearly white, highlighted by the frame entirely painted in red. A racing strip of the same color crosses the machine, from its mini fork crown to the rear cowling. Simply superb. This Cristal White color is a new color for Triumph, as is the frame in red finish. As if to give pride of place to the dress of the Triumph, the engine is here painted in satin black. Nothing has changed mechanically as well as technically. The Thruxton retains its 865cc vertical twin encased in a tubular steel frame. To complete its sixties look, spoked rims, megaphone-type exhausts and chrome mirrors at the end of the handlebars. The machine will be available in limited numbers, i.e. 80 copies for France from May 2010, for an almost reasonable additional cost..
