The motorcycle boom runs out. Only one type continues: the scooter as second vehicle

It used to be simple: there was a great, Italian brand – Vespa -, and there was their drivers: a limited community mostly teen driver’s license owners who did not carry their wild time in front of family and autobesitz by motorcycle – but with the scooter.
