To design its highly customized models, like the CVOs of the Milwaukee competitor, Victory called on the Ness family. And it was the son Cory who took care of the Cross Country. So, with this Touring, you are cruising with some luggage and especially the spirit of Cory Ness at the end of the handlebars.. Besides, the latter is different from the standard Cross Country. Of course, what you notice right away is the stunning blue paintwork with custom graphics. Let’s not stop there, because it is in the detail that we appreciate this kind of luxurious customization. Is your seat delicate? It will land on an Alcantara saddle. Do you like nice wheels? Here is a beautiful pair of bold styled rims. Are your eyes fascinated by the shine of chrome? A good drink is on board: stylish mirrors, driver’s footboard, passenger footrest, handlebar grips, and various parts. Style rules in many places. Evidenced by the brake control and selector, the perforated ‘highway ‘side bars, the oil line hubcap, the cut cylinder fins, the Ness badged crankcases, and to conclude, a small engraved engine plate. Each of the Cory Ness Cross Country is signed and numbered.
Upscale, upscale, this Ness edition logically suffers from a consequent inflation. Count 5,000 euros more than the standard Cross Country. Its competitor, the Harley-Davidson CVO 1800 Street Glide, boasts even more luxury and displacement, but also 10,000 euros more in the balance. Side chassis, the Victory is held by a much more rigorous chassis. As for the engine, it is above all a matter of taste: the Minnesota twin 106 ci is more ‘modern’ in its handling – the Wisconsin 110 ci retains an inimitable character..
