Yamaha YART R1 Petronas replica

46 racing machines at 46,000 euros each

To build on Yamaha’s success in MotoGP, Yamaha Europe is launching a special series of the Yamaha R1 in collaboration with YART. The racing machine comes in a Petronas design.

As the YART team (Yamaha Austrian Racing Team) announces on Facebook, this limited edition is celebrating 46 years of collaboration with the Malaysian oil company Petronas. Those who think more investigatively could also deduce a connection with Valentino Rossi, who is supposed to drive for the team in the coming season. The number 46 runs through the special model of the Yamaha YZF-R1. Only 46 machines are manufactured and each of them is offered for 46,000 euros plus tax.

Lots of expensive attachments

A 2020 Yamaha R1 serves as the basis. It is of course pepped up with lots of delicious features. To name just a few: the fine suspension elements come from Ohlins, the noble brake components from Brembo, and the wiring harness from the Yamaha racing parts range. The wheels come from Marchesini and are covered with Michelin slicks. The carbon racing fairing is painted in the typical Petronas look.

The motorcycle comes with a KYT helmet, a Petronas Yamaha SRT polo shirt and a MotoGP VIP guest card. So if you want to feel like Fabio Quartararo or Franco Morbidelli, you should order your replica immediately. You can find the order form here.
