Registration impossible without vehicle documents? Of course it works.

Registration without vehicle documents

What now? Strike anyway and sometimes annoyingly ride the red tape at the time of admission? It is not uncommon for the authorities to also request one chargeable affidavit about the right of disposal and the whereabouts of the vehicle documents in order to prevent misuse. If the original papers appear again, the good citizen should deliver them immediately to the registration office, otherwise there is a risk of a fine.

In addition, the Licensing authority no unauthorized further requirements put up. If the authority still refuses to issue a new ZB II, it is imperative that you request a written notification! Then raise an objection and, if necessary, sue the administrative court. And one more tip: when buying the barn find, give the seller an in the sales contract “Declaration on oath” get signed, “full owner” of the vehicle in question. Better safe than sorry.

However, there are seldom major problems with admission without papers. Despite all the hurdles described, no rocket science – so why miss out on a bargain?
