LiveWire not yet approved in Germany

LiveWire owners in the USA were asked, according to media reports, not to refuel their e-motorcycle with the charger at the socket for the time being. Instead, LiveWire riders could use the fast charging stations offered by Harley dealers in the US. There is no danger when driving the 106 hp e-motorcycle, according to a Harley-Davidson dealer announcement from the New Yorker “Wall Street Journal” quoted.

Harley-Davidson stated that tests are currently being conducted related to the problem it has discovered. The bottom line was that these were positive. In Germany, the first Harley-Davidson LiveWire were originally supposed to come to dealerships in September 2019 at a price of 33,550 euros each. However, none has yet been approved in German-speaking countries.
