The Federal Association of Motorcyclists (BVDM) calls for a new measurement method to determine the volume of motorcycles.

With the diesel scandal, valve controls of the exhaust systems of motorcycles have also been targeted in recent weeks. As the Federal Association of Motorcyclists (BVDM) announced, a comparison with the manipulations cannot be drawn.
The problem is that the legislature only measures the volume of motorcycles in a certain range. Outside of this, exhausts should legally be significantly louder. The BVDM therefore calls for the measurement process to be extended to a significantly larger (speed) range.
