Successor to the X-802-RR
The Italian helmet manufacturer has presented the successor to the X-802-RR. The new X-lite X-803 will also be available as a carbon version.

The newest member of the X-lite family was presented at the MotoGP (Misano) and Superbike World Championship (Portimao) racing events in September. Similar to the previous model, X-lite has given the two new models X-lite X-803 and X-lite X-803 Carbon exclusively licensed designs from MotoGP and the Superbike World Championship. Otherwise, the two new models have been further developed in some points. The manufacturer promises the following innovations:
- Greater stability at high speeds
- Improved aerodynamics including an optimized spoiler segment on the back of the helmet
- Optimized ventilation
- Extended chin bar for more comfort
- Enlarged field of vision (helmet shell extended on the sides and “ultrawide visor)
- New safety system for removing the cheek pads after a fall
- Cheek pads available in different thicknesses
- Particularly breathable lining material
- Ultra carbon version up to 110 grams lighter than the standard model
- Optional: 2D racing visor (prepared for tear-off visors)
- Double D-ring chinstrap closure
The two new X-lite X-803 and X-lite X-803 Carbon will be available in sizes XXS to XXL. The manufacturer uses three different outer shells for sizes XXS to S, M to L and XL to XXL. The X-lite X-803 will cost between 459.99 euros and 639.99 euros, the carbon version will cost between 529.99 and 689.99 euros.
