Bimota DB11 1198 2014

Menus

The Bimota DB11 is not really a novelty but rather an evolution of the DB8. The aesthetics are softened by the little openwork fairing panels and taking care of the roundness, the facies relieved by a conventional headlight, and the exhaust signing a return to the forms of yesteryear.. Less tortured, this 11th generation DB becomes more sensual.

Under this facelift all in carbon, the hypersportive Bimota retains a technical base very close to the DB8 / DB9. The chassis uses the now unavoidable half tubular chrome-molybdenum frame, half aluminum plates. The 43mm inverted fork is signed Marzocchi, Extreme Tech shock absorber, Brembo radial brakes, OZ Racing rims, and the Ducati engine. It is not the twin of the 1198 which is installed in the bowels of the DB11 but that of the Diavel. 162 horses respond thus once reached 9500 rpm. The maximum torque of 13 mkg is reached earlier, at 7,700 rpm. Enough to take the Bimota to formidable performance, especially since the beautiful weighs only 175 kg.
