The Bologna firm presents limited editions of its Superbikes: the 1198 S Corse and 1198 R Corse Special Edition. In addition to the factory-type 2 mm thick brushed aluminum tank, these series are distinguished by a very special decoration, designed to celebrate the new logo of the DUCATI CORSE competition department and the championship titles won by the brand.. On the fairing panels and the front fender, it is not black paint but the carbon which has been left bare to allow it to be appreciated even more. Underneath this dress incorporating the colors and style of the aforementioned symbol, the 1198 R still offers us as much: Ohlins on all floors, Ducati Traction Control, SBK chassis … and even a little more. Delivered with a competition kit consisting of racing silencers and a special chip, the 1198 spits 186 horsepower, for circuit use only. The bike loses another 1 kilo while its cubic tank here is 18 liters. 164 kilos on the scale, it calms down. Drudi gets involved by designing the exclusive cover provided in the pack. The price starts to climb again towards the summits – Better not to take a look.
