The Carole circuit reopens its doors this Tuesday, May 12 to Ile-de-France bikers
The Carole circuit is located in a "red" department, number 93. It is therefore with precaution that it will welcome again, from tomorrow, the Ile-de-France bikers who have been deprived of thrills for a few weeks – or even months – because of of Covid-19… The first free driving weekend is scheduled for mid-June.
Eight weeks that the French were confined to their homes. Eight weeks also that motorcycles and scooters were in their vast majority stored in the back of the garage. But for trackers and sports motorcycles, the break is close to eight months…
The MNC Premium readers – who, as everyone knows, are much more fortunate than the others – remember that in October 2019, despite bad weather, especially in the northern half of the country.

For many motorcycle speed enthusiasts in Ile-de-France, the last run on "their" Carole circuit therefore dates back to last September. Ironically, the return of good weather in 2020 cruelly coincided with the entry into force of anti-Covid-19 containment.
Deprived of thrills for three or even eight months, "motorcycle sport fans will be delighted and will be able to return to the Circuit Carole track from Tuesday 12 May", rejoices the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM), its manager since 2012 !
"The circuit team has reviewed its procedures in order to guarantee you all the health security required", (r) assures the FFMoto, stating that "everything has been thought out and organized to allow you to practice your favorite sport in the best conditions. ".
"Online reservations and payment, reception and placement in the paddock in individual spaces reserved in order to avoid any regrouping of more than ten people, administrative control without contact" … The compulsory wearing of a helmet on the track and the one recommended by the mask outside should keep the coronavirus away.
Optimal safety on the track … and off
"Obviously, the rule of 100 km applies as for any activity, except government exemption", conclude the persons in charge of the North-Parisian circuit accessible from tomorrow from 2 p.m. … and from 78 euros (for the licensees , 117 euros with a Circuit Pass).
The return of free and free rides is scheduled in a month: on June 19, 20 and 21, 2020, bikers from Ile-de-France will be able to go and tease the red zone of their motorcycle – sporty or not – without fear of being flashed, dispossessed of their vehicle or thrown in prison … Still a little patience, and always a lot of caution !
