BMW Motorrad recalls all-new F750GS and F850GS
Just released, already recalled: the BMW F750GS and F850GS will have to come back to the workshop! The manufacturer has indeed spotted a small mechanical failure on its two new trails. In France, only 31 motorcycles are concerned. Explanations.
A document from the European Commission warns bikers who have just acquired one that a defect can affect their brand new motorcycle: "it may be that the oil pump pinion is not properly screwed" on the first machines produced between June 18 and July 3, 2018.

The alert comes from Portugal, but German and Dutch customers are also targeted by this recall action. Contacted by Site, the French subsidiary of BMW Motorrad confirms that its customers will also have to come to the workshop.

"This recall action concerns 31 motorcycles in France", specifies BMW to us … Without commonality therefore with the recalls of and Adventure last summer: more than were then concerned !
"The campaign on the F750GS and F850GS is underway", warns us BMW France: "the letters have been sent and the dealers have already called the customers concerned so that they plan an intervention of a little less than an hour on their machine "… and free," naturlich " !
