The thing with contact pressure, or downforce, has been an ingredient for victory in Formula 1 for decades or not. For motorcycles, additional wings, or winglets, have only been the focus of development for a few years. These components are now used on the racetrack even in the sporty middle class on the Aprilia RS660, and the accessories industry also offers wings that can be retrofitted. Fine milling cutter Rizoma is currently crowning this trend: The new Stealth mirrors are foldable and thus become an additional winglet.

Four kilos with 300 things

In wing mode, the Stealth offers from Rizoma no view to the rear, but four kilos of contact pressure at 300 kilometers per hour. In comparison, the entire fairing offers the current Aprilia RSV 4 Factory eight kilos of contact pressure at the same speed. The aerodynamic performance of the Stealth is noteworthy. Application: Race track when braking after the fast straights. Built for: current hyper athletes. The new Stealth is not only adapted to certain motorcycles in terms of its mounting, the 25 ° angle required for contact pressure is always calculated for the respective fairings.

Different variations

The stealth fits for the Ducati Panigale V2 maybe to the V4, but the angle of the wing would be different. Even in mirror mode, the Stealth is designed differently for the motorcycle models and the expected sitting or, better, lying position of the driver. In addition to the two Ducati racers, Rizoma currently offers the new Stealth for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, the BMW S 1000 RR., Kawasaki ZX-10 R and the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 R. The Stealth is milled from aluminum and available in three coating colors: black, silver and thunder gray. Prices are not yet known. It is known, however, that the Rizoma Stealth is not street legal.

Conclusion

Fine milling unit from Rizoma. The new Stealth is a visual highlight and if you are looking to have even more contact pressure on the front wheel in style, you might find a chic way.
