The new fork crown – that’s all the controversy about the new Fazer. Apart from the different bubble, it is the clone of that of the 1000. It’s clear, it looks good, and it gives the charm that the Fazer lacked until now. New optics shine better, erasing one of the few shortcomings of the old FZS. Awesome ? Yes, but there is the face side: protection has lost. The cruising speed, without straining the muscles of the neck, dropped by 20 km / h. Aesthetics and practicality do not necessarily go hand in hand. For its facelift, the Fazer also offered an increased capacity of its tank (+ 2 L) and a stainless steel silencer. Chassis and engine do not change. It is therefore natural that we find the exemplary and easy behavior that makes it successful. The 4-cylinder, that of the T-cat, is still available too (a little more low-speed gniak and character and that would be perfect). The bike is guided with ease, agility and lightness. We will note certain points of details which improve the new Fazer such as new more efficient mirrors, flexible mounted indicators, and little finishing touches that reinforce the impression of quality. Aside from declining protection, the new 600 FZS maintains its qualities. She just changed her dress, too wise for a more seductive model. And it is with pleasure, madam !
