So far, the naked bike from China mainly wanted to convince with a low price. Now the premium version CF Moto 650 NK SP is supposed to expand the target group.

The standard variant of the naked bike CF Moto 650 NK costs 5,166 euros *, the derived mid-range touring bike CF Moto 650 GT is priced at 6,531 euros *. The now presented premium version of the naked bike – the CF Moto 650 NK SP – could come onto the market in Germany for around 5,800 euros.

The Australian CF Moto importer gives reason for this assumption. He offers the CF Moto 650 NK SP for 1,000 AUD more expensive than the standard model. 1,000 Australian dollars are equivalent to around 650 euros. If we add that to the list price of the current CF Moto 650 NK, we get around 5,800 euros *.

KYB chassis and Pirelli tires

For the extra price, buyers get a CF Moto 650 with fork and shock absorber from KYB. In addition, the SP version of the naked bike rolls on Pirelli Angel ST tires and provides information in the cockpit via a 5-inch TFT screen.

On the drive side, the engine has a new Bosch injection system that is Euro 5 compatible, which is why we assume that the CF Moto 650 NK SP will also be available from us soon.

The clutch and 6-speed gearbox of the CF Moto 650 have been revised for the SP version and are intended to make gear changes easier, with our colleague Johannes Muller in the Comparison test of CF Moto 650 NK and Benelli BN 600 R spoke of the fact that the clutch worked inconspicuously and required little manual force.

CF Moto 650 NK SP probably with 61 HP

It is not yet known whether the technical data for the CF Moto 650 NK SP will change significantly. We suspect, however, that the 61 hp of the 649 cm³ in-line two-cylinder, which has already been adapted to Euro 5 for the standard NK, will remain.

*There are two different prices on the German side of CF Moto: The NK is priced at € 5,166 and € 5,299, while the GT is priced at € 6,531 and at € 6,699. Depending on which price you choose as the basis, the CF Moto 650 NK SP could cost either around 5,800 euros or around 5,950 euros.

Conclusion

In terms of price, the CF Moto 650 NK SP will most likely continue to move below the 6,000 euro mark and thus remain attractive for bargain hunters, only that the Pirelli tires, 5-inch TFT display and KYB fork and -Get shock absorbers.
