MNC: Where are you confined ?

Stephane Clair : With family, at home near the circuit. This is where we see the luck and happiness of living in Provence, in the middle of nature !

MNC: How are your days going? ?

S. C. : We decided to keep the pace of a normal day during the week and to enjoy the weekends. I telework from Monday to Wednesday and in partial activity Thursday and Friday. Between Leo’s school (8 years old) and work, no time to be bored! And every day, compulsory sport for everyone: from 45 minutes to an hour every day, it’s extra !

MNC: What do you miss the most? The least ?

S. C. : I dream of a motorcycle ride by the sea, a good restaurant or a day of cycling! On the other hand, contrary to my fears of the first days, we manage to stay close to our family thanks to messaging applications and to make real telecommuting meetings: a new way to communicate finally.

MNC: What are you afraid of ?

S. C. : Apart from the dramatic health consequences that could affect our loved ones, I am worried about the economic consequences. My biggest question concerns the passion for motorsports: I’m afraid that it will die out or that our next world will be different. !

MNC: A book, a film, a series, a record to recommend ?

S. C. : At nap time, I allowed myself to resume reading my comic book collections by Michel Vaillant and Buck Danny … and relive my Dakar era through books and never-classified photos. Containment ultimately has certain virtues !

MNC: Your Favorite Motorcycle Video ?

S. C. : I hesitate between the original version of "" (Challenge One) with Steve McQueen and the document "" which tells the epic of the Baja 1000.

MNC: The first thing you will do at the end of the lockdown ?

S. C. : Go out on a motorcycle! I had the time to maintain them well, to do the little hacks that we always postpone, to clean them and run them … in the garage! So I’m waiting to be able to cross the gate…
