The mysterious Fortune Immobilière du Luxembourg (FIL) proposed "an immediate payment of 10 million euros for the purchase of Voxan and the relaunch of the activity, followed by the investment of 8 million euros per year for 3 years ", recalls Le Progrès. The offer also included "maintaining the current workforce on the Issoire site" and creating "ten additional jobs".
